Team—

I understand you all just completed your meeting - I trust you’re as thrilled as I am with the positive developments. Previously I shared you all a update, I stated the following: “I am confident in this team. You all are some of the most dedicated and creative developers we have had the opportunity to collaborate with - and we’re looking forward for that relationship to continue.”

Given your hard work and adaptability, especially over the past twelve months, you repeatedly show that.

The gamer responses from last fall’s Project ETHOS demo was enlightening. It affirmed the potential of a roguelike shooter but told us we still had refinements needed. It highlighted the necessity for a more distinct vision.

It has been motivating to see how far you’ve progressed. You accepted the input to mind and overhauled Project ETHOS with a refreshed goal - one that’s ready to achieve its ambition to our fans.

Our confidence in Project ETHOS grows every day. To boost the remarkable progress you’ve made, I’m excited to welcome Ben Brinkman as the new Director of the team. Following several months of conversations, he starts with us on the specified date.

Ben’s guidance and background in the PVP shooter field is extensive, having spent the last 15 years developing and leading some of the most recognizable franchises in gaming, such as the acclaimed shooter, and lately, the battle royale hit.

Let’s together in welcoming him soon. We are all eager to continue observing the evolution of the game in the time to ahead.

The President

Experience of the New Leader

The appointee presently holds the position of executive producer and production lead at the renowned studio for Apex Legends. Brinkman earlier was employed at major gaming companies in various production roles on the Call of Duty series, and, earlier in his career, had stints at 2K and Electronic Arts.

Game Information and Concept

Project Ethos was announced in last year alongside a public demo. Initially, the developers portrayed the game as a "free-to-play, third-person perspective action-packed experience and an innovative evolution on the genre."

"Build your perfect run—or die trying—in this 3rd-person action shooter! Customize your character in live gameplay to suit your personal playstyle," the game's pitch explains. "Challenge the opponents with fresh skills, risks, and tests that shift every round. Will you withdraw carefully with your collected items? Alternatively aim high, gamble everything, and hope your group can achieve the highest spot? The decision is in your hands."

The game has not yet received an announced release date or consoles, but enthusiasts can expect additional details as creation continues.
